This venue was in a great location for us, right next to the highway and a restaurant; we easily went to Michelle's for a meal nearby.

Exercise room was closed, for that amount of money everything should be available at all times. Chorline in pool was so strong that burned my eyes as soon as I entered the pool area. Stains on floor. Poor tv and cable service. I changed to another Hotel, was going to stay three days, stayed one.

I travel alot due to my occupation. I stay in many different hotels and this one rates up there at the top. The whole staff and even the owner was the most helpful i've ever encountered. I had no complaints thus far. Maybe that's the reason they didn't mind helping me. They seem very friendly to everyone. I wish there were more hotels like this one. I'll deffinatly stay here again if i'm ever in the area.

Our stay was quite comfortable, no complaints. The hotel was quiet and perfect for what we needed. The setting was unbeatable, near restaurants, an industrial area, and center. The rooms were good sized and brand-new, especially those with a hot tub and amazing views.

The location here was spot on 👌 It was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from the Fairgrounds and the Wings Event Center.

The staff were excellent and attentive. I also appreciated the large, well-lit workspace and proximity to good carry-out food/highway. Everything was clean.

The coffee in the breakfast area was not very good; it was a very, very busy breakfast and the trash was beginning to overflow.

Nothing. It was horrible. I already completed a survey and left a detailed account of how poorly the management acknowledged and handled the trouble. We wanted a work out facility and pool. Both were "out of order" . The female owner said they didn't have to compensate because there was a sign on the counter at check in stating the pool was out of order. I told her I couldn't read the sign from home. The power went out in our area. The other hotels had back up generators. Our hotel did not. This is the owner's responsibility, but they did not care to make it right in some way. There is a more detailed account of our stay in the other survey.

Everything I stated above plus! I would never stay at another Best Western if this is how they are all run. I am taking the chain off my list for our June vacation. I need to know that comfort and service are number one.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. They were able to tend to all requests and were very helpful to people not from the area needing directions.

I had a horrible experience at the Best Western Hospitality Inn Kalamazoo. My company had sent a check to pay for my stay. I confirmed with my secretary the day I left, and that night when I checked in, they did not have the payment. I called my secretary and she faxed a copy showing the Best Western had cashed my check. The manager had the entire day to call the accounting office, but did not. It was not resolved until I was checking out two days later.

A quiet hotel in an incredible setting. A great selection of little extras. - Great selection of excellent options for meals. - the pool area is nice. - No charge for wake up calls and ironing. The Clarion Inn I-94 Near Expo Center in Kalamazoo offers a peaceful atmosphere in a stunning location. Guests can enjoy a variety of extra amenities, a fantastic meal options, and a pleasant pool area. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary wake up calls and ironing services.

The location in an industrial area was unbeatable and fantastic. There were fairgrounds and stores nearby. I had some drinks at Potter's Restaurant Inside, positioned 500 feet away.

Chedcking in was very good, however checking out there was a problem, a new girl was her first time alone and she didn't know what to do and her helper wa nowhere to be found. She wa not friendly nor did she smile I don`t think this is a good positon for her on the front desk. I has 2 gift cards and she didn`t know how to put them through, she was not trained properly.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming, the location is convenient and close to everything, the rooms are updated, tidy, include a bathroom.
